"Quite place even considering its on a main Street. Everyone keeps to themselves. Gated which was what i was looking for. Having a onsite manager is helpful. Lived here for almost 4 years and it was my 1st place. No complaints besides parking is always a struggle (very limited.)"

"Worst management ever. Was harrassed daily by the owners daughter (also a tenant). She cussed out my wife and threatened her after she made a complaint to the manager about her loud subwoofer going on for hours. Not to mention they are constantly smoking weed and all the surrounding apartment constantly reek of weed. They stole part of our deposit (more than $200) when we moved out, they claimed it was for "cleaning" even though we fixed and replaced all kinds of things and left the place 5x cleaner than when we moved in. We had our doormat stolen 3 times. Homeless are always walking through the complex and hanging out in the laundry rooms. Cupboards are all rotten. cockroaches and ants everywhere. took a month to fix a stove. gas leak when we moved in, we complained and they told us it was our responsibility. We were told we were getting new carpet when moving in, but it was old and dirty when we moved in. AC didnt work well. electricity bill was $100 for last 7 days, I dont even know how that happened. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. We didnt finish our lease because of the ongoing harrassment. I have pictures, videos, text messages, copies of all my written complaints. I have proof to back everything up. They are lucky I didnt take them to court. Then they had the nerve to badmouth us to the apartments we were moving into. If you want proof of how bad this place is, email me I have lots of proof. This place is low price for a reason. Its a dump with bad management."
