"Wow. Must have the most unprofessional staff/receptionists on the planet. I’ve tried contacting them for days on end. Someone actually texted back saying they were on lunch and then never called back. They must really not want any new tenants and must want horrible reviews. This won’t be the only place I spread the word about the staff. Ridiculous!"

"After reading the reviews, I was still willing to give this place a try. Firstly, because there are no real complaints about cleanliness or maintenance issues. Secondly, I felt we could handle the office debacle others are complaining about. However, to my dismay, I learned that 807 West doesn’t update their voicemail….so the 2 bedroom apartments they’re advertising as available….aren’t actually available! I kindly asked the office staff to return my call, instead she texted that nothings available. I actually had additional questions that I even texted (since she didn’t call me), and still….no response. I’ll pay attention to the reviews next time:( FYI, the website leads you to believe apartments are available as well under 2 bedrooms. It says available “apply now,” but instead of loading an application after you click apply….it says “no units available.” Go figure."

"My boyfriend and I lived here for a little over a year and we had a great experience. We were very lucky to find this complex had availability and we were able to move in right away. Moving out was very easy and our manager made things go very smoothly. Right down the street from downtown riverside and within walking distance of UCR. Best pricing for the amenities that are included because we didn't find any other apartment complex that offered washer and dryer in the unit itself. Very pleased with that! Thank you 807!"

"Long story short, this place just isn't worth it. The apartments may look nice but living here is a nightmare. As others have mentioned, the management is horrible. Jamie is rude & unprofessional and micromanages residents instead of taking care of real issues. She harasses guests and damages property (closed our garage door on my car). Jamie definitely doesn't screen potential residents appropriately and she doesn't notify residents that homeless people stay in the gym bathroom, bathe in the jacuzzi, wash their clothes in the pool, sleep in the garages, etc... It's not a safe place to live. She leaves papers on residents' doors stating that she will come into the apartment without giving advance notice (illegal) and is only available in office half of the time... honestly just stay away. If you do sign a lease here, be sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING in the apartment before moving in. You'll need them come move-out when management tries to rob you of your deposit AND charge you with an additional few hundred dollars for BS cleaning fees."

"The apartment is new and the inner facilities are relatively new which is the positive side. But the management were terrible. The manager were always not in the office during office hours and always made mistakes. And her altitude was pride and rude. I would moved out if I could during the first month."
