"I spent a year at grandmarc and it was a great experience. The common area and rooms in each apartment were large but the service was exceptional. Especially Anjulee at the front desk! She was so nice and helpful with whatever I needed and always willing to help out."

"Had a tv, headphones, and other electronics stolen when my roommates and I left to winter break (2 separate occasions in two separate years). Door automatically locks when you leave, and there were no signs of break in and entry. When we reported to the front desk they didn't care at all. It's obvious the workers/staff stole from our apartment. Would not recommend living here due to constantly feeling unsafe. They also let a tow truck come in after hours, so even if your guest hasn't been able to get a visitor pass for parking because the office isn't open, there is still a high risk of them towing your car. They also give out $5-$10 Starbucks gift cards if you leave them a 5-star review as a resident. So take other reviews with a grain of salt."

"HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The manager Erika is so frikin rude and an horrible manager. They do not care about their tenants, especially not their safety. Someone had put an AirTag on my car and the person was never found! A month later my boyfriends car windshield was completely shattered. Again, the person was never found! Not a safe place and they sure as hell do not care. There is trash all around the place and in a lot of units there are even cockroaches. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER CALLING MAINTENANCE. Last summer when our AC was broken it took them over 2 weeks to fix it. It was over 90 degrees in our unit!!! Our washing machine broke TWICE and flooded the whole apartment and still took them 2 weeks to fix it. Our washing machine right now is broken and I put in a request to have it fixed THREE WEEKS AGO AND NOTHING. Oh and don’t even think about going into the jacuzzi. Homeless people love to jump the fence and shower in there. Never seen management do anything about it or clean it. GrandMarc is just disgusting and does not care about its tenants or their safety."
