"Absolutely liked my apartment but LOVED living here! The area was great, never had any problems and always felt 100% safe and the inside of the apartments are very nice and modern! The staff at Summer Meadows has been the best since day 1 of moving here, especially our Property Manager Jordanne, she really took initiative and made this experience living here amazing! She always made herself available whenever anything needed to be brought to her attention and always found solutions and resolved everything in a timely matter! Ive lived at a handful of properties and have never came across and more welcoming, professional management team! Highly recommend checking out this property!"

"Reply to the owner: We have gone to management and have not received any help or empathy regarding the issues. She has come off very rude and cold hearted. We have addressed it multiple times, prior to coming on here and posting this review. If you can talk to your property management and resolve any of these issues, that would be great. We never had any issues with the previous manager Rosario. The apartment itself is not bad, its nice, I like it. But everything else is horrible. I have had my car broken into twice and another time they stole the catalytic converter. Nothing is being done by management. They said they have security patrolling the area and the manager gave me their card to call. I gave them a call and they let me know they only go around once at 11 pm. All of the incidents happened after 3 am. The manger showed no compassion or empathy for what is happening to her tenants property on the property they are managing. The cameras they do have, she did not want to check to see if there was any suspicious activity unless requested by police. We are not the only tenants that have had issues with property damages, but the fact that nothing is getting done about it is ridiculous."

"I've been living here for a little over a year and it's great! These apartments are super nice, they're clean, they allow 2 pets, there's a pool, and there's grills all over the place. I have 2 dogs and there is a LOT of space and grass for me to walk them. The neighborhood is pretty safe, there's always kids playing outside and I walk my dogs at 5am and 8pm and I've rarely had any issues. I go to UCR and it is a 15m walk to school, it is so convient and so much cheaper than a parking pass. I dont have to drive anywhere longer than 15m to get whatever I need. This place is close to everything, super convient. Me and my roomate have our own parking spots super close to our apt for $20/month but there's better options like garages too. We recently got new management and they're great! The main lady, Jordanne, is very kind, clear, and understanding, i don't have a single complaint. Whenever I have ever had a problem she handles it right then and there. I recently moved downstairs and they completely redid the entire place! She was super patient and accomodating with my millions of questions and explained exactly what was going on with patience and understanding. My first apt here was carpet and my new apt has hardfloors! Whenever there's a problem, maintance comes and the issue is fixed within the hour. The pricing is decently reasonable compared to others but everything is expensive nowdays so I would highly reccomend!"

"I want to start off by saying that the manager Jordanne is beyond phenomenal. I typically wouldn't leave a review so soon after moving in (its been a few days) but the experience has just been that good. From the moment of inquiry through the finish of our move in process this was different than the 3 other apartments I've rented (all in Riverside) in the last 10 years or so. She actually walked through with us and didn't send us in alone with an inspection sheet, any issues were rectified fast. That's despite how busy she is all alone up there. The place is awesome for the price, double the square footage, another br and ba for $50 more than our previous 1 br 1 ba. Quiet community with neighbors that are friendly and introduce themselves.... We were looking around like is this even real? Lol. Her manager is also amazing and I'll just say that she did us a HUGE favor that she didn't have to do out of the pure kindness of her heart. We came from a place down the street Highlander Pointe that was deemed substandard by the city and we were forced to flee. As awful an experience as that was, finding this place made it worth the struggle. I'm sure all of the bad reviews are to do with the old property management company, this one is fairly new. Just move here if you're on the fence."

"I lived here for three years, everything was fine with the previous manager. Rosario was very helpful and polite. When this new management (Cannon management company) arrived, everything was awful, they didn't take care of the building. I had issue with the noise on my neighbors, dogs without leashes, and they didn't do anything. Not only that, before when I had issues in the apartment to fix, they were very fast, now I've waited more than one week to fix my AC in California summer (more than 100F degrees). In the end, during the inspection, the manager called and said that everything was good in the apartment, however a few days later I received a letter charging me 330 dollars, beyond my secure deposit (600 dollars). And talking about the new manager, it's awful! She is very rude and misbehaves with the renters if people want to talk about any issue. Once, she treated my wife very rudely just for asking why they are not fixing the AC in the summer, even after 4-5 days of lodging a complaint. That's disgraceful. So, my advice is to please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Or at least take feedbacks from the renters."
