"We have been living at the Orchard Park Apartments for over 5 years now. The manager, Dee is located on the premises. She goes over and beyond for her tenants. She even came out her own bed at night for severe emergencies to check on her tenants. Carlos, and other maintenance come out for basic and emergencies as soon as you call or hit them on the portal. They are very respectful, trustworthy, and caring. Carlos even came out twice when my son could not figure out why the electricity was not working. And they go beyond their job description. They care and help their tenants wherever they can. The neighbors are nice and the environment is kid friendly."

"I was here visiting a relative & I was so disgusted, disappointed, & baffled at how the owners of this community have an inconsiderate, unprofessional manager. The property is dirty, the parking area is dirty, there is always trash everywhere, there were roaches throughout, the pool area was dirty, you could'nt even walk barefoot because it was muddy & sticky, it"s full of bees outside of the pool & in the pool. Getting maintenance to help is the worse. They don't care & take forever to complete a request. The owners need to get new management team & a thorough upgrade & cleaning of the property needs to be done immediately. Trying to figure out how I can notify an inspector. This place cannot possibly pass all inspection codes. Will keep you all updated"

"Talk about best apartments ever!! When we moved in and we met out Landlord /Manager Dierdre (Dee) we knew this was iy. My dad moved us in her April 2020. And it was the best move. Maintenance always available. Mgmt stay on top Gardeners every Thursday like clockwork its always clean. And Dierdre is the most sweetest great strict woman ever . She really cares if you need help she is always emailing or letting you know whats available to make you better. I appreciate her alot. We love it here!! Thanks Dee for everything!!!"
