Gables Oak Creek

"I’m changing my review because after numerous conversations with the office staff it’s become painfully clear that safety is the last thing this complex values for its residents. To actually go into detail would take forever but in my time here I have seen non residents come into the complex in rage destroying someone’s car (2 separate occurrences), a fight at the the pool that literally resulted in someone's earlobe getting bitten off, a long string of a young resident going around vandalizing people’s vehicles and the buildings (which was an unfortunate back and forth of us residents having to call law enforcement and law enforcement saying it needs to be the office to address the issue… the office disagreed) and an aggressive dog who bit my husband months ago who was supposed to be removed from the complex but as of today we realized it was not after myself and my son were trapped in our car due to the dog running lose. I have been a renter my entire adult life living in various places in the area… never have I experienced anything like this. Maintenance guys are awesome and the only reason I’m not lowering it to 1 star only."

"My experience here has been very good, in January it will be 1 year living here now and it has been great. I wish the Gym was a little bigger and that it had like boxing area other then that is good, my dog is happy and so is my family."

"Gables Oak Creek has been my home for 4years. I’ve owned a home and have also rented from multiple management companies. This is by far my best experience renting. The staff is why I have stayed this long. In my opinion this is the most responsive and friendliest staff I have experienced. The apartments are nice. Parking lot is kept clean. My only complaint is against other residents that don't care enough to clean up their dog poop or trash they litter. I see the maintenance guys and manager picking up trash often. Its too bad the gates wont stay closed but its not fault of the people that work there its careless people that push the gates."

"If I could rate this I’d give it a double ZERO , second day upon me moving in I spotted bugs crawling on the wall which turned out to be bed bugs , my refrigerator wasn’t working and all my food thawed out. Dead bugs left on floor from bomb. Also added attorney fees to my rent portal and wouldn’t accept my rent , the customer service support is no help and they take your money and want more money . I’m reporting gables oak to the BBB. Save your money and don’t move here , the trash is always filled to the top outside and they don’t clean the complex, needs better management."

"Advertise as a gated community. Gates never closed. They make you pay for valet trash that doesn't always come. Rent will go up every time your lease is up. My rent to stay was more then new people moving in. The spa is always broken. My car was broken into in the parking lot. Management is not very helpful or friendly. When i moved out my place was clean and they still tried to charge me a cleaning fee. they will Nickle and dime you for everything. UPDATE:I have not been waiting a week now for a response and nothing. I will have to take the next steps needed to get the money i deserve back."
