"Move here if you don’t mind a stove that gets so hot it melts the paint off the cupboard corners, that will only be replaced after you move, the heat will set off the home fire alarm. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke coming from the vents, (they will not do anything to help) They disregard PROP65, the maintenance crew will try to install used equipment before new. Some of the staff are dismissive and rude. The call box has never worked and the business hours are from a limited time window of 8am-5pm, all surrounding doors require a fob and vendors will sometimes just leave your package at the locked door entrance!"
"Mgt, they're rt your wrong. No courtesy just judged, not an intelligent office staff. Enept..accusations no follow up. No apologies No actions to straighten out there screw up.Liars"
"Rented here because of proximity to work. Rent is expensive, but not for the area; I pay $1755, plus all utilities, for a 1 bedroom, 560 sq ft. Fairly new building. The Bad: Most cheaply built building I have ever lived in, cheap linoleum, cheap carpet with practically no pad under it, plywood floors that creak, poorly insulated, single pane windows, cheap plastic blinds on the windows (the $5 at Home Depot kind of cheap), cheap locks and hardware on the doors, cheap countertops. Appliances are OK, nice gas stove top, but electric oven. Have seen dog excrement on the interior stairwell twice. Interior access only (which I am not a fan of), hallways definitely have a 'smell'. Can hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes and the tenant downstairs tells me the same thing, he can hear every move I make. The Good: Albertson's across the street, other grocers, restaurants, retailers, post office, etc all close by. Located in a very nice bedroom community area, great for walking with tons of nearby trails & a large athletic park with several soccer/baseball fields adjacent to building. The park can get a little noisy during little league games (my apartment is parkside, if your unit is not parkside shouldn't be a problem) but only until around 9PM. While I have not used any of the amenities there is a pool, hot tub, barbecue grills and indoor work out facility. All in all, 2.5 starts out of 5. UPDATED REVIEW 03/14/21 Maintenance is responsive, office staff nice. On lease renewal received a 7% increase so now paying 1878. Others tenants report same increase. Still the least expensive apartments in the area."
"they offer online payment but it costs $24 each time unless you set up autopay and then they have your bank info and with all the hacks I want to keep control."
"At first liked the complex. Then you hear the stories of mgmt uncaring and bully tactics. You will get big rent increases every year. No activities other than the same weekly bingo and same group attend luncheon. Can't watch TV in community room at night because the office keeps remote control. The printer in CPU library does not work even after several notifications. Handicap chair lift is constantly broken. Mgmt accusing tenants of stealing. Decided to move and mgmt did premove inspection and had no deficiencies noted. Then weeks later attempted to charge for unwarranted cleaning and normal wear in order to not refund deposit. I'm now suing for violation of their own security deposit refund policy and violation of CA law. Mgmt bullies tenants they disagree with. Vacancy now on the rise."
