"I lived here for a little over two years and I really liked it. I'm pretty sure they got new management because I never experienced or seen any of the stuff that's mentioned in previous comments.The place is VERYYYY cleeeaannn!!!!!!!!! i NEVER got roaches EVER. Bugs were never an issue other than a small cricket that I seen by the front door once and a small bug (never found out what it was) in the bathtub a couple different times. I seen a small spider one time in the bathroom. This is throughout the whole 2 years I stayed there without using my own bug spray. It's only gated around the apartments. The parking lot is not gated and it's not assigned parking, which means that if you come home late on a weeknight, 98% of the time, you will have to park on the street. I had to do this several times. I remember receiving notices on my door many times stating "your water will be shut off tomorrow from x:xx - x:xx for maintenance to fix the water pump," stuff like that. When something breaks, maintenance comes to fix it fast, The maintenance guys are also very nice and do good work. The other tenants pretty much keep to themselves. It's quiet. The only noise you hear are the kids laughing and playing outside, which was fine for me, especially since they go inside at around 7:00 (I'm assuming they go inside because I stop hearing them). The onsite manager Maggie is soooo sweet and nice. They have the best rent prices."
