"Do not recommend renting here. They wrongfully retain security deposit under false claims and no bases at all. Charge more fees under false charges and when questioned provide different responses depending upon who you speak with."
"I want to tell thank you to manager Brandon of Ridgstone apartments for his work. After that he had become manager all in apartments system got better. If you have problem he tries to help you and does better as he can do it every time. He helped my family many times to make our life in apartments better. My family and I really appreciate to manager Brandon and his team, thank you guys."
"I absolutely love living in this apartment complex. The management here is top-notch, always attentive to our needs and incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff is not only polite but also efficient in resolving any issues. The apartments are spacious and immaculately maintained. The proximity to the beautiful sports park is a major bonus. Plus, the community offers fantastic amenities, and the common areas are always spotless. I highly recommend this community - it's worth every penny and one of the best apartment complexes in Lake Elsinore."
"I moved here about 6 months ago and from just half a year I can say this place is HORRENDOUS! The front office never answers the phone, even though when I go up there they are just sitting at their desks. Maintenance is also a joke. I put in requests and it takes them over 2 weeks just to speak to you, but not even fix the problem for another further 3 weeks. The walls are absolutely thin and nothing but children screaming and knocking on your doors. Let alone your harassed by emails from this place like no other as well as 5 MINUTE (beforehand) notices on water shut offs. They will also find any reason to enter your home, such as looking at our patios. There is no such thing as privacy here. I’ve never lived in a complex so dirty before either, the trash is disgusting. Nobody picks up trash that they drop as well as if their bags rip, and dog poop lying around. The only perk about living here is town is right next to us as well as a beautiful park. Don’t let the photos and the looks of the outside of the complex fool you. Of course this place comes with a pool but I would call it a kitty pool, there’s tons of room in the pool area but the smallest pool I’ve ever seen for a complex, it was reconstructed apparently but I just feel they wasted money. Their fitness room is also half broken. If I could afford it, I’d break my lease. Don’t move here."
"Wheeeeew! Where do I even start?? I wish I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR. I recently moved out of Ridgestone Apartments and experienced a series of issues regarding their management and services. I paid $250 for professional cleaners to do a move-out deep clean, but the complex still charged me an extra $150, which is unreasonable. During my tenancy, starting November 4, 2021, I faced a persistent issue with my garage door not closing or functioning. Jose, the handyman (he's awesome), attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful, leaving my vehicles exposed. Furthermore, neighboring children trespassed and damaged my garage, leaving shoe prints on the walls and a damaged garage sensor. I have photographic evidence of this damage. Despite these issues, my final statement from Ridgestone Apartments amounted to $1,250, not considering the garage door problem. My lease was initially month-to-month, and I renewed it for six more months, ending April 30, 2023. However, I moved out on March 30, 2023, and believe the charges do not accurately reflect my lease term and apartment conditions. When addressing these concerns with the management, Robert, a staff member, showed a severe lack of professionalism and poor customer service. He blamed me for not scheduling a final inspection with Jose and dismissed my concerns. Ridgestone Apartments will be held accountable for their unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness. Beware of their practices and consider other options before choosing Ridgestone Apartments."
