"Giving 3 stars because the community is in a nice area, but it didn't seem like the leasing agent or manager in the office wanted to give us a tour of the property. After talking for a bit, we were able to see the Manhattan model. The person didn't take us on an actual tour because we didn't see any of the community amenities. As a former ACM of a Greystar SL property, I would have been highly upset my staff didn't follow the tour path and made folks feel like an inconvenience. I also didn't like that the staff person was following us room to room when we viewed the model."

"I am super appreciative of the maintenance staff, Steven and Daniel. They fixed my issue within an hour of notifying them and it literally took them seconds to repair the faulty fire alarm back to normal status! Shout out to Brooke in leasing office/ management. You are great as well! Thank you guys for being so responsive! I feel better knowing you are a call away from help! Thanks so much!"

"I am not happy that they kept my deposit amount after I moved out when everything was clean and neat. I left the apartment cleaner that what I got. I had to scrub the floors for a week before being able to use. They kept the deposit for cleaning, carpet cleaning and full painting which is not required. Did schedule a walk out inspection 2 weeks prior to moveout to know what needs to be addressed or if there are any concerns- noone came. Called and scheduled another inspection visit in person- again no one came. We handed over the keys, then they said someone will do an inspection before we decide on refund. When called the office, they said to call a number for concerns. Surprising issue- I have been trying to call that number, left multiple messages- no answer, no callbacks. Brooke and Melissa have been helpful with managing things while we were there. Not sure who makes the decisions. Also this is NOT a no smoking complex. Our neighbors smoked and we reported it to management, there is NO Smoking complaint policy. This place has the amenities but I am very disappointed with the whole process. We did move out earlier- paid two months of lease buy out and they are already renting it out. We follow all rules and they keep our deposit too. This is a shame!!"

"They overcharge and under-deliver. In my opinion, luxury apartments should do a while lot more than this place does to make sure there tenants are comfortable. The cost is way too high for this kind of negligence."

"Theresa does a great job as a manager, also Miss Brooke the other assistant at the office, along with Steven and Yolanda, the lady doing the maintenance they all make a great team for this luxurious apartment complex at Dos Lagos...."
