"12-19-03, (3:45-4:00)p.m I called to get some info.about 1-2 bdr Apt. look to move in bye the end of the month the girl working the phones was very,very rude to me I couldn't get a word in she went on like an auctioneer,I ask about the parking procedures she mumble something I ask her repeat herself she got more like upset.and hung up. on me,my God if she talks like that on the phone imagine how she treats the seniors on sight.this girl needs more training and respect or find another job her customer service skills are very sad,sad,sad.and needs immediate attention."

"Renters, beware I’m posting this review for family member, who lost a loved one. They went up and informed the ladies in office that their mother passed away, and they would not be renewing the lease and chose to pay until the lease terminated and at the time they informed them, they gave them no paperwork . they were informed 90 days before the lease expired. But they waited until 59 days before the lease officially ended to tell them that they might be billed for an additional 19 days that was so wrong because by law, they should’ve handed the paperwork over when they were informed their mother had passed and by the way, she passed away in the unit."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone they constantly call towing companies on you starting with Stacy one of the front office receptions very unprofessional they will raise the rent trash is always full there’s no place to park everybody is so unhappy their due to the way the property is managed so poorly by Nancy HUFF look else where don’t bring your retired parents here there’s two property together it’s village and Manoco and village Is full of roaches water leak through out all the walls water leak repairs take months some are never fixed it’s a death trap here some tenants have passed away and they don’t disclose it to new tenants very poor management they have had over 10 maintenance technician come and go with in 1 year nobody can take how the office ladies treat everybody including their own employees law suit waiting to happen"

"THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE ALL FAKE. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR LET YOUR LOVED ONES LIVE HERE. Listen to the previous reviews! This place is terrible! The staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and impatient with the elderly people they are supposed to be serving. Customer service does not matter to them since they are the ones with the power over the vulnerable residents. They will Nickle and dime you for everything. Putting boxes in the trash chute will come with a fine. Why not make your facility easy and comfortable for your elderly tenants? The ladies in the front have nasty attitudes. This is the consensus amongst the tenants. So don't dare ask them a question because you will be made to feel as though you are bothering them and wasting their time. The absolute worst part about this property is the parking situation. This issue alone should be the reason why you DO NOT rent from these people. They have no parking in the front for visitors beside for "prospective tenants". They claim to have guest parking inside the property but this is not true. Every space in numbered and you will be towed immediately. This is done solely for profit. They stand around waiting for people to park so they can call their tow truck company. They receive a commission for every car that is towed. My girlfriend and I were helping her parents move things out of their balcony before they got fined for having "forbidden" items (cases of water, household items, etc..) and we ended up getting towed in a very short period of time. Two cars for a total of $1010. As we went outside to leave we noticed our cars were gone and another car was being towed. The person being towed was a tenant who spoke very broken english and was yelling at the manager on site that he lived there and was even giving her his apartment number. She could have asked them to drop the car, we even heard her whisper to another staff member "Should I tell them to drop it?" She proceeded to do nothing but lock her self in her office and let a tenant get towed. Such cowardly, predatory behaviour. If you don't have the patience or compassion to work with elderly people, simply DON'T. Save yourself and your loved ones the grief. Do not give these people anymore business. They're doing just fine with the amount of cars they get towed daily."
