"I am so happy here at Riverwalk. The staff here is outstanding. So easy to work with. Recently I needed some assistance and Kim, the assistant manager, was right on top of helping me, as she always is. What a treasure she is. Never puts anyone off and is outstandingly pleasant."

"Well, I have lived here for 11 months now. And I just got my lease renewal. My rent has gone up a $159 a month. Which is absolutely ridiculous. This is a 55 and over community. People are on a fixed income and to raise the rent in 1 year to a $159 is absolutely. Absurd, so so in the next 5 years. I'm probably gonna have to move out at 65 years old. That is absolutely ridiculous. Corporation office does not care about their people, obviously if they're gonna raise their rent this high after only living there. 1 year I've lived in apartments. My whole life and never have. I ever paid a $159 a year. More at 1 time, it's absolutely ridiculous. So if you're gonna move in, take that in consideration."

"The staff is very friendly and quick to help out with any questions. Maintenance also is quick to respond to anything that needs fixing. I love that the grounds are very well manicured. And how they have daily events that you may participate in."

"We've lived here 8 years and maintenance and office staff most always helpful in a timely manner. It would be nice to have the continental breakfast reinstated twice a month. I think that would be helpful to a lot of the tenants who live alone. Noise pollution from upstairs neighbors has increased over the past year and they are very disturbing at times. The rent here is keeping up with California rents overall and does not really consider seniors at all."
