"I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. It is by far the cleanest and well kept grounds. the staff is amazing they are super friendly Especially Celeste, always there to help if you need them. The maintenance team ( Mike) is Awesome quick and speed repairs if you ever need anything but like i said they keep this property up. the property site makes you feel safe and secure, super clean Definitely recommending this property to family and friends."
"Do not move here!!! We applied here where denied they refunded us our holding fee (minus the application fee which I know they keep) now they are sending us to collection because they want us to pay the holding fee they refunded us!!!! I have been trying since November to get ahold of someone at viano that can help me and all they do is take a message and say the manager will get back to me and they never do!!! We are in the process of buying a home If I see it showing on my credit report I AM SUING!!!!!!!!!!! You better contact me asap Brianda Mladosich am the only one with that name and I’ve been calling forever so I expect a call from someone that can actually help me asap no more going around!!!"
"Today 1/22/24 Went for a tour for my sister and Celest did the tour. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and answer all our questions. The property is very well kept and the unit shown even thou was the smaller version of the unit requested to show, felt spacious due to the higher ceilings, all the closets and cabinet space. Super clean and inviting."
"Great apartments! Very clean and nice! there is everything you need. Large and cozy area! everywhere clean! nature is great, there is a pool! I liked it very much! I recommend!"
