"Grove apartments . Have Homeless people going through the trash? People do not keep their dog On a leash. There Pit bull. German Shepherd dog's not on leash .. Run around. This is not safe for kids and family. People playing loud music noise. you pay A lot of money to live at the Grove and this is not very safe place to live at unfortunately. Management don't take care of the problem Very sad. The dog situation is out of control. I give them 0 stars."

"Appartments are clean and spacious, the people in the office are very helpful especially Amber. Its been a very good experience living here. If it were'nt for the fat loser and his kid upstairs thats always running and jumping around all day all night I would have given this place 5 stars"

"This establishment is unprofessional, Amber who is the assistant manager looked up my next door neighbors information and even acknowledge she should not to address a concern I had. I know myself if they are sharing information on someone else they can also do it to me! Amber is not only unprofessional but rude. She gossips about many of the residents who reside here and that should have been a clear indication when I signed on of how this establishment operates. They also deem concerns or complaints as harassment when in fact they just aren’t doing their job."

"After accepting a new job and having to find a decent place to stay last minute. I applied with another rental community who denied me over a typo. Not even giving me a chance to give explanation or supporting documentation because, "Once your application is denied, per our policy, you CANNOT reapply for another 30 days. And there is nothing we can do to help you." This was infuriating and discouraging. I called The Grove and spoke to the Property Manager, Yvonne. She treated us like real people and offered exceptional service. She explained the screening process in depth to make us feel comfortable enough to try applying within The Grove. Less than 24 hours, she texted us with the approval. We are excited and looking forward to living at The Grove."

"Been living here for almost a year now and so far I have loved it. First day we had a problem with one of the ceiling fans, but maintenance came and fixed it withing the hour we called. You might want to consider how sensitive you are to noise. These apartments are next to the 60 freeway and airplanes fly above every day. I live in the far back of the apartments right next to the freeway, but it doesn't bother me other then the occasional honking. I would warn that I live in the bottom floor and for some reason if the apartment above you throws water from their balcony patio area, it drops straight into yours. Don't know why it's set up that way, but it's very unfortunate because I can't set up outdoor furniture and I don't use my patio much for that reason. Front office is helpful. Dickson helped me when I couldn't log into my account and couldn't reset it either. He also helped me when my gate remote stopped working. Everyone there is helpful and friendly."
