"I feel so spoiled having this community and complex be my first official apartment experience. The staff was so helpful from the start and are always a pleasant hello. Our neighbors and community are so warm and welcoming. The quality of living here in itself feels higher class and truly like a home. The walls are thick and sturdy so no complaints as far as noise. The area is truly a one stop shop for whatever it is you need from restaurants, convenient stores, groceries, cocktails and liquor, gym, nail, barber, desserts, pharmacy, etc! It’s been such a pleasure and my girlfriend and I cannot wait to renew our lease."
"Metro at Main, what can I say!? Nothing but good things. We lived here prior to living here now for 3 years. Never had a complaint about the place, maybe about some neighbors but who doesn’t? We moved out due to some family situations, but couldn’t stay away too long before returning. We are now here again and still nothing to complain about. Staff has always been amazing even with the changes, maintenance is back to being great with Christian being back! Everyone is always so welcoming and always greeting with smiles! Leasing office staff has got to the best in town and anywhere. Janelle is the girl, she just gets it and knows her stuff. The place is amazing, they do so much for the tenants. We are a community within a bigger community. Of course it’s not perfect because that’s impossible. They are apts with different types of people and of course not everyone is the same, but it’s like that everywhere! Anywho our fave is the door decorating contests and others we’ve participated in along with night markets, day time ones and so much tenant involvement. Having the restaurants downstairs and the Street Corner Market with easy access is a plus!! There’s so much more to say, but it’s tons…I would give them 20 stars if it was possible. We love living at Metro at Main!!!! ♥️♥️♥️"
"I've been here for awhile now and I love it. The community is friendly and the managers are helpful. There have been some break-ins recently so just be careful what you leave in your car. Unfortunately after Covid nothing has been the same. In comparison to other places to live in OC, LA, and IE this is one of the better places since they have central air, in apt washer and dryer and really good amenities. The maintenance staff are awesome. It's kinda pricey but so is mostly anywhere decent here in So Cal."
"The maintenance man, Jason, was very helpful in explaining how to keep plumbing issues from building up and what not to use. I had never had a plumber share with me the info he shared with me. Very knowledgeable! #Grateful"
"EDIT: 09/21/2020 Changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars, left my previous review below the line. I maintain my review about the great views and maintenance staff, almost immediate service. But god forbid you need actual help from management on a more serious issue. This area is becoming crime central. I have an outside storage area that is in the hallway. It has been broken into twice in the past month. Called management and they say, " Well we recommend only storing Christmas decorations and things like that out there." Is that the type of response you want? Also on the 2nd time, police investigated and noted all storage units on my floor besides 2 were broken into. When I notified management about this was, "Well those individuals need to report that their unit was broken into so we can do something" I replied, "Well they probably don't know about it." To which they replied, "Well I guess we can have maintenance look into it. " These are not the type of response I would hope for. When I asked to speak to the head manager last Thursday, I still have yet to receive any word from them. Come November I will more than likely not be renewing my lease. Smoking constantly, security not enforcing curfew on the pool area. People out there till midnight. The security here is a real joke. Also, when I talked to the cop, he informed me he gets called here all the time for property issues, break ins in storage units, licenses plates being stolen, etc. And the locks on the storage units, by the way, are the same ones on your front doors! So if they can get into those, they can get into your home. ========================================================== EDIT 12/2019: Just Renewed for another year! I'm telling you, this is one of the best places to live in the inland empire. Cheaper than downtown Riverside and only a short drive away, (Or train ride, train is like right here). ========================================================== Original Review 10/2019 I have lived in the Metro at Main Apartments for 1 year now come November. This is my Third year living with the same management company, Originally I lived at one11 which is right next door. The management company and apartment complexes (surrounding area) are kept in great shape. Clean environment. No trash. Safe area with a lot of foot traffic to the shops and surrounding area. The apartments are your standard size luxury apartments with great stainless steal appliances and wood floors. They do have an excellent maintenance staff and even an evening, night maintenance man so someone is always here. When we needed a fix for our electrical outlet, they were there same day, almost in the same hour to fix it. For the parking issues, there hasn't been any except 1 for the entire time I have lived here. It is assigned parking and someone had parked in one of my spots, well I gave them a few hours and then called about it. It was dealt with right away. It is a smoke free community so if you smoke, you will get caught, and they will evict. That is, if you smoke in your apartment or balcony. But they tell you this upfront so it is no surprise. They do let people smoke on the premise like outside the shops or in the alley way. Just not near the residences, which I feel isn't asking to much considering. Surrounding area, very gorgeous views, safe, and plenty of places to eat. Pizza, Poki, Kicking Crab, Starbucks are all under or in the same lot as the apartments. The gym is really nice and not crowded at all. So is the sky deck. It can be reserved and there has been a few times where I wanted to go out there and relax but sadly it was reserved for a wedding party or even a baby shower. But out of an entire year and there was only twice where I wanted to go and it was prebooked, that is pretty fantastic. They also have other areas to BBQ or hangout as well, including a lounge inside and an outside one."
