"Been living here for a while now. Gardeners do an amazing job. Trash comes 2-3x a week. The 1 bedrooms are great size! We have a king size bed, pack and play, recliner chair, and a dresser in the bedroom with plenty of room to walk around. Most neighbors are friendly and it’s a very quiet place to live!"

"Here's the deal. The complex is generally good and has a pool. However... Everything is cheep and roughly maintained. Parking is a cluster - don't anticipate your guests having anywhere to park. There was a leek in the plumbing outside that leaked through into my apartment, I asked several times to have it fixed but it never happened. There are four washers and four dryers, and one or two are often broken or don't really work. There needs to be eight of each, but instead they invested in a walkway that goes nowhere that is used by nobody. Our dishwasher broke and they replaced it with the cheepist dishwasher ever, that didn't work, and after four repairs to fix various issues I have to prop a chair against the door for it to complete a wash cycle. I'm sure there are worse places to live, but be aware that there are various maintenance and logistics issues before you decide to live here."
