I was in a point in my life were everything felt gloomy, I knew a get away was exactly what I needed, After speaking with Karla she suggested an all women retreat in Costa Rica, the retreat consisted of many excursions (RIVER RAFTING) Being the most memorable for me. The trip had a bit of everything, women of different ages, yoga, sound baths, cacao medicine, singing, amazing views and nature hikes and trials, 5 star all inclusive resort to a private resort with a bungalow to one self. Pacuare was the location we stayed and and it was exactly what this soul needed. I would recommend a vacation like to every woman.
