"I have only been here a week and I absolutely love it here! Quenia​​​​ Vargas was and is absolutely, hands down the best! She was so sweet and so helpful throughout the whole process from the very beginning, through signing of the lease and even now! Very responsive with communication! She cares absolutely the residents here and the Palmer! She is one of the reasons we (me and my dogs) love it here!"

"We just moved into the Palmer and I have nothing but great things to say! Quenia and Amelia have been so unbelievably helpful and responsive & all of the staff is truly so friendly! The neighborhood is quiet and all of the neighbors have been so welcoming! We are excited to call this home!"

"Lived at The Palmer for 8 years also known as Capistrano Point in the past. The staff have always been the best from start -finish. Great freeway access, without the noise. Very quite neighborhood, and great keep to themselves neighbors. Apartments are built well, too. First place, I've ever lived that I couldn't hear my neighbors like their sitting on the couch with me having a conversation. Amenities have been well upgraded such as; awesome gym, pool, bbqs, and staffing office. Also, the lake is great to walk by, and watch the ducks after a high anxiety work day just to zone out. Whoever, rents the apartment I had. I hope they enjoy it as much as I did."

"Started out renting one apartment, by the pool. Drunk people were in the pool until 2 am on ANY night of the week. We asked to transfer units because my daughter couldn't sleep because of the noise. If we did not want to transfer, we would have had to pay 2.5x month rent to break the lease (that's close to 8-9,000). So we transferred. Low and behold after living in the old apartment for 2 months, these people are trying to charge us over $600 in move out cleaning fees ($330 of which is PAINT!! ridiculous). We were told no photos were taken at move out AND WE DID NOT get a move out inspection...so how do I know what I am actually being charged for?? Sketchy! Long story short if we had the $9,000 to break our lease and move somewhere else we would in a heartbeat. I'll probably be contacted about this review which is funny because they haven't emailed me the move out photos I asked for over a week ago. Anyways, please don't move here unless you want to be stressed out or are a night owl with a lot of money and don't care about being treated fairly."

"This is a great residence. I love being here. It gives sort of vacation flavour. Living here since 12 months and I’m super happy with my choice. The Leasing Management team is super supportive and makes you feeling super comfortable at any time. You will be taken care of for sure! Requests are followed up asap. Having myself demand for high standard - I found it here. Thanks to all the teams running that place."
