He explained the issue to us well and quickly resolved an issue we had for months. He has since resolved a number of our maintenance requests and has always been pleasant."

"My experience with Parkwest community and its staff extremely disappointing. They seem very helpful during application process but their attitude suddenly changed as we became residents. They are rude and non supportive. Disappointed with their customer service as well and no shear courtesy towards residents. Lack of communication from their side. Cancelling maintenance requests without any clear reasons. Definitely never going to stay at this community again. I experienced mental and financial burden staying here. Apartments are too overpriced for its value. Too many insects and cockroaches. Outrageous charges of cleaning fees after just staying for 3 months in a very cleanly returned apartment. So basically $700 security deposit is non refundable!! I think Irvine Company corporate office should evaluate how to keep residents satisfied and hopefully improve communication with their residents with better qualified staff. Consider staying in some other community instead around area. Many options are available. Just big NO to this place!!"

"I am not the one to share experiences, but I’ve been having issues with pest leading up to Christmas and being a student sucks to deal with it. I went into the office and luis(sitting next to door) helped me out with getting a company out the next day. He explained the entire process to me and left feeling good. He knew so much about pest maybe he should be the vendor because the vendor was not that great!!!(get a new one) it’s only a 5 star because of the office associate he was good."

"We recently had Jason from the Service team come to my home to repair a faulty light fixture. He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with the light and had it fixed in no time. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He also cleaned up the area after he completed the repair work. I am very impressed with his work."
