"We moved to one of the apartments in San Leon six months ago and the kitchen had cockroaches. The staff came several times to spray the kitchen, but it was no use and we still have cockroaches. We are very upset because our health is also at risk. It is not healthy at all to live in the apartment."

"We’ve been living in San Leon apartments for almost two years in two different houses. They have great staffs and the neighborhood is great but at our first apartment there was always constructions and it wasn’t pleasant and there were workers around our house everyday and we couldn’t feel comfortable. But because of some life situations we couldn’t move .In our second apartment we had a huge problem with pests in the house and they’ve been treating the house since we moved in which is almost 6 months but we still have the problem. In my opinion it doesn’t worth the problems that you go through and the money you spend. If we knew that we are gonna go through so much trouble and discomfort we would never rent the apartment."

"We had an issue with the patio hose not being able to open. Omar came looked into and set up a appt with the plumbers. Omar followed up the next day to make sure everything worked out. Great service!"

"I just want share my experience with you guys. San Leon apartments located in center of Irvine city. I was living in 113 San Leon quite place nice neighborhood. And also best services from leasing office. Mr. Rob is a perfect and respectful manager. All staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Irvine Company apartments to all."

"6/15/22 How can this be safe for anyone who lives here? Stairs are covered by plastic that’s has very slippery surface. I’m even afraid to carry the stroller with me. I’m afraid to talk to leasing office because “Tyra” accused my husband threatening her by writing Yelp and google review and signing petitions. Called “Raul” at 10:19am and told him I need safe and clear access between 11:15am and 12:30pm. Nothing happened when I opened the door. The floor was still 5/26/2022covered by plastic and lots of dirt. Whoever works there did not get the message after an hour. 11:25am Their manager showed up and told me, you need to talk to Irvine Company. 11:30am Another manager showed up and started to move the plastic on the side (it is still not safe and cleared) 11:40am “Aaron” showed up. Residents are hopeless and helpless. This is the second time we are requesting construction manager Raul to give us a safe and clear access. Leasing office and construction team, sub contractor and site workers don’t communicate. 5/26/2022 Are you kidding me? Home improvement? I only see inconvenience improving for all residents. We are suffering noise, building vibration and air pollution for two and half months to six month. The $200 rent deduction is nothing compared to what the residents and our pets are suffering. (um…we are paying additional $50/month for a cat by the way) People actually walked into our unit for 2 days replacing the sliding door. (Friday and Monday…so we did not have the blind for the weekend.) the living room smelled like glue, silicone through the weekend."
