"Overall, I had a great experience living here and any cons weren’t enough for me to demote a star. I am a female who lived alone in a one bedroom unit on the third floor facing Costco. Facing Costco was nice since I got more privacy without staring into another unit. At night you can hear the traffic but I sleep with a humidifier on and didn’t notice. The third floor is also the laundry floor which was convenient and I didn’t have to transport laundry. I felt very safe living in the complex but I’m sure it helps to be on the third floor. I personally do not ever leave things visible in my car because people can and will break in, especially if it’s easy. The apartment uses a package lock box system which is easy and convenient. The system will hold your mail for three days before returning which is nice when you’re away. I’ve had very few packages left at my door. None stolen or missing. The apartment complex is super clean with their grounds, laundry rooms, gym, and pool. Maintenance was done same day and I just had to call the front desk. People were respectful of neighbors regarding noise and most people had dogs. Cons however, are that there is no guest parking and I’m not sure if the two bedrooms units give you two parking spots. Another one was that my parking initially wasn’t under my apartment and it was compact parking. I had to walk a little (not big deal) but after two months on the wait list my spot got moved. Maybe for someone the gym is small but has a bit of everything and I’ve never experienced it full. It was rarely busy and rarely conflicting with my work our routine."

"Terrible place to live! Constant notes on how to your balcony can be decorated. No plants allowed outside, water constantly being shut off due to maintenance issues! We rent an extra parking space and our car was towed by management! They wouldn’t take responsibility and tried to blame us! Had to miss work to get the matter resolved and management ended up blaming it on another resident. Last I checked you need proof to tow a car that is illegally parked and ours wasn’t! Rediculous! Terrible customer service! Don’t rent here! Non smoking community but neighbors are always smoking weed and cigarettes and all that is done is an email sent to residents. 75$ dog rent and all that is provided is poop bags. No grass or dog runs only dirt and fake pee soaked artificial turf. No loyalty to long term residents who pay rent on time all they care about is raising the rent and the turn over is outrageous. Beware!!!!!"

"I just moved in recently and I am so happy and excited. The whole process was so nice and comfortable, especially with the help of the manager, Jonathan. He was honestly so nice and really thorough in explaining everything I had any questions about. He truly cares for the community and wanted the community to feel the most comfortable here. I was really happy to work with both Melina and Veronica. I originally toured the apartments with them before coming back. I was in a rush to try to move out of my last apartment due to many problems. So for my next apartment, I wanted to make sure that there would be no such problem for my next place, and Jonathan made sure to explain and educate me on how I will have no such problems here. Just from looking around the community, I could already tell I wouldn't have such problems. The grass, pool, bbq area and the building itself looks so clean and entirely well kept. I already feel incredibly comfortable in my new apartment and I look forward to living here thanks to Jonathan, the other employees and the community itself. :)"
