"Nice place close to food market place..on beach blvd"
"Nice place to live but paying AT LEAST $4.75 to do a load of wash is ridiculous."
"Pool is always dirty and the hot tub has been broken for weeks. Trash is always overflowing. Haha. Nice response. You are terrible at cleaning a pool hundreds of people pay you to use. I know how the trash is picked up. You lack there to. Not enough trash cans. The pool is closed or broken again this week. Lol"
"Its a nice quiet complex and most units have a single car garage that has a storage loft. The downside is that there is limited parking so cars are expected to be parked in the assigned garage or assigned parking space. There is not parking available for visitors"
"Do yourself a favor and don't move here if you enjoy doing things like parking when you get home from work, or leaving your apartment after you've already found parking. The managment does nothing to enforce parking here so the few spots that should be for residents are taken by people with 4 cars and no pass to park on the property. Management does not care. For the amount it costs to live here, you can do better, I promise. Don't let the pool fool you either. It's under trees so it is always dirty and if you plan on taking an evening soak in the hot tub YOU WILL end up with a huge black roach crawling on you. The grounds seem beautiful, and maintenance is on point...but unless you plan on pulling some of the devious tricks people do here to park, it's not worth the stress."
