"I signed a one year lease for June 2020 to June 2021. I moved out after the lease ended and did NOT renew my lease. So, about 1 year later, they called me telling me I owe them rent for July 2021 to July 2022! Fraud!"

", the apartment ( building )is too old with Low mentenace. It’s disappointing that neither the management nor Landlord have no showing interest in providing services or repairs to to damages during 10 years I leaved there. No respose to emergency call when emergency response needed. I leaved there for more than 10 years and any thing that I ask for mentenance like painting the kitchen or fixing problems it will not be done."

"I live in this complex for 4 months now. Total disappointment. Management is like does not exist. I had to leave numerous messages for the manager to fix my heater, and when they fixed it , maintenance entered in my apartment without my knowledge or consent. Violation of privacy. Car got hit/scratch twice in one month. When asked to check the camera, I was told nobody approached my car. Total lie, I check my car every morning and evening This complex is worst of the worst and only because of management."

"It is neither pet free nor smoke free apartment. We moved-in after 2 years and it is even very worst condition now. There are families with kids living here but the smokers never mind, they don’t have common sense that it will be disgusting for the non-smokers and kids. When we were here 2 years back we were staying in second floor and had the same problem so we chose downstairs this time but even then the smoke smell is very very bad now. I would request the management to look into this very seriously and make the community smoke free at least. Then it will be like heaven."
