They are so careful and professional with all their tenants. "We lived here for 4 years and cannot believe what happened when we left. (Let alone all the problems we had during our time there) I was told since we were long term residents we would not be charged a painting fee, which was my only concern for “damage” in the home, so I skipped the move out inspection. Come to find out- they charged us for a “second coat of paint.” If I had known there was even a chance of that happening I would have continued with the inspection among other things. On top of that when we moved in the apartment was FITHY. I made sure to document everything, and on top of it we had to hire a cleaning crew after moving all our things in. Such a disaster and wasted money. There was mold in our fridge. The floors turned our feet black in less than a minute. There was hair, colored marks, scratches, piles of dirt and dust, etc. it was so gross and so upsetting. When they tried to charge us for a cleaning fee when we moved out I reminded them of this and explained that we definitely left the apartment better than we got it- lol. And they still refused to take that charge off. Not only did they keep the entire deposit- I owed money on top of it because of these things. Also- if you ever need anything fixed in your home make sure you ask them if you’ll be charged.. they do not tell you in advance, and usually shouldn’t be charging to begin with. Also.. if you need something fixed- expect it to be fixed 100x going forward. Cheap work doesn’t last long ha They’re super cheap & horrible at accommodating. It’s a fight every time, even when they’ve messed up bad. Good luck lol"

"We had the most pleasant experience throughout our move-in period. Through the great support of Andrew from Irvine Company, we found the apartment that ticked all our boxes. We received wonderful support from Alex Carone from Las Flores, who is always incredibly friendly and attentive and was able to help us with all our questions regarding the lease and move-in process. He even checked in on us to see if everything was going well. On move-in day, we were welcomed so warmly by Sharmil Miller from the leasing office. Any questions we had so far she gladly answered and always offered her help and advice. You can tell that the employees enjoy working here and love what they do. So far, we’re loving the apartment complex, which is so well maintained with gorgeous landscaping and great facilities."

"I’ve been living at this place for a good proportion of my life, a couple years as a kid is now later, coming back as an adult to get my own place. I’ve always loved the community and amenities and what it’s always offered, all the staff here are absolutely amazing. I only know a couple by name, Alex and Sharmil but seriously all the staff are greet every single one. Even the maintenance guys are respectful! Will continue on living for for a while until I can get my own home one day. Oh another great thing is they always do maintenance requests super quick and with great attention to detail. I Never felt like something wasn’t done right or that I couldn’t communicate any other concerns I had:) If you come to live here I’m sure you’ll love it too. Ps my beautiful view everyday"
