"I have been living here for the past 2 years and the place is amazing and peaceful. All the staff in the leasing office is very helpful including the manager, he is a very fair person and responds to any concerns. The Maintenance team is very good when i have an issue they respond pretty quick. Overall i have had a great experience living here and would recommend to anyone."

"Renter beware! The employees here have no acknowledgment of a peace covenant. The manager does not live on site so he couldn’t care less about the ongoing problems, hence nothing gets solved. The third world Mickey Mouse maintenance crew is very rude and incompetent, leaving wet paint and wet floors without signs. Enmities are usually closed or busted. Lots of car break ins inside the gated complex so there are car alarms going off all hours of the day and night. Termite infested buildings that have lots of new paint. Also they do not feel a need to let you know about construction, I opened my front door to workers ripping up the stucco with no notice. We informed the office prior to moving in that we were expecting twins, but that didn’t stop them from towing our car from a space we were told we could park in even though we had a window permit sticker belonging to the residence. Also the office felt the need to call my wife and tell her to “put a bottle in the babies mouth” because someone complained about noise. Not a place to raise children or enjoy your home space."

"I really don't understand all the negative reviews. I have had quite a positive experience in the 4+ years I have lived here. I have had very few pest issues (ants a couple of times that went away fairly quickly), tons of birds from former neighbors spreading birdseed. Management has been quick to respond to my issues, including the neighbor attracting birds. Parking is limited, but not atrocious. I do wish the parking lots were better secured, however. My car (and a few others in the lot) was vandalized by a tweaker that hopped the fence a few years ago. Rent rates are reasonable, and rent increases are far less here than I have experienced elsewhere."
