"I have been living here since 2020 and I must say I’m super glad to say management has improved 10000% ever since Rebecca and Jonathan took over. Jonathan is so professional and takes pride in his work and the well being of the apartments. It’s the little things like picking up trash around the apartments as well as making sure the laundry rooms are clean. They even got the numbers on the parkings repainted! I had a great first impression meeting Jonathan he went knocking from door to door to formally introduce himself and that I respect to the fullest. Rebecca is forsure the sweetest and I always have a great pleasure speaking to her as well. Overall these two are a great duo. Any problem I have they are on it. Their carpenter Emiliano has been around for years and if any tenant is in dire need of an unclogged toilet Emiliano is your guy! Overall I’m amazed at how Placentia Meadows has turned over a new lead and I’m super glad to say Placentia Meadows is home!"
