Reviews
"Carbon Creek Shores is a smoke-free community. - Taken from the company web site just today, Oct. 23rd 2017. If this is a smoke free community, why does RHF provide cigarette butt containers near the front door of the property? Please, RHF, enforce the rules and remove the offending parties who are smoking pot and cigarettes in their apartments. This place states on the web site - Carbon Creek Shores is a smoke-free community. Anyone who lives there or really knows someone who lives there knows this is a LIE. The management company - RHF Retirement Housing Foundation knows that people are smoking here and they Refuse to evict them. People are suffering at this location. The management is spineless and weak and refuse to enforce the non smoking policy."
