"Zero stars, the worst apartments ever, trash everywhere, laundry machines that doesn't work, package thieves that live in there an office protect them. Kids running around screaming. Roaches out of control. Customer service from the Office Manager is the worst! She is complaining because I put her name so I'm going to delete it, now she is asking me to put a 30 days notice because my complains The quality of the apartment is lack the paint of the cabinets and the walls is bad, it peel to the floor and its hard to remove it. All the kitchen floor has paint stains. There's problems with the plumbing every other week. Do not rent in this complex is the worst."
"Worst experience of my life, worst decision was moving into this apartment. Where do I even start? Is it the terrible apartment conditions? Or is it the loud neighbors and kids running up and down the apartments at midnight knocking on doors? When I first moved into this apartment, I noticed how filthy and not well taken care of it was, rust all over the kitchen sink, pipes, cabinet hinges and everything. What do they do to fix it? Just lather the whole apartment with paint, if you look close enough, you’ll notice layers and layers of paint everywhere from the doors, to the cabinets and everything else. Very outdated apartment with little to no care for its residence, you’re better off living in a shed in new York for the same price. Cabinets don’t close and drawers don’t slide because of how much paint they use to cover everything, sometimes my door gets stuck closed because of the amount of paint lathered everywhere, I need to push open my front door to get in and out like I’m some sort of swat member. No crawling fans in bedrooms, just a box with a window in it, also no central A/C, just a 70’s A/C slapped in the middle of the living room. If that entire description didn’t scare you off, just wait, I haven’t hit the tip of the ice berg. Do you value sleep and peace of mind? Well good luck getting any of that because of all the kids running around banging on doors all day long, screaming and yelling out profanity. Where are they’re parents you may ask? Watching them doing these things without saying a word, best part of it all is they have 2/3 full sized families stay in one apartment, of course it will be hectic. So I take my complaints to the manager and she says she will look into it and does not do a single thing, I ask her to review footage and she says that she can’t show me the footage but will take action. I can assure you no action is taken, ask my door has been getting knocked on 3-4 times a day, so bad to the point it’s damaging my door (I wonder if they will take my deposit for that lol). Or should I complain about the time where one of my garages got burned down because one of the cars next to my car port blow up in flames and they decided to give me a temporary parking space across the world that’s no where near my parking section (they originally gave me a close spot then they said they gave it to someone else instead). I’m beyond thankful that my lease is over with this complex and entire company, I can’t wait to get into my brand new luxury apartment where my needs are actually cared for. By the way, they raised the rent for this place, you’d think after all this, they’d decrease it by half haha. These are a few things that are wrong with this place, there are hundreds of other things, but there is a character limit on these reviews."
"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The leasing office staff is rude and difficult to work with. Thefts (e.g, cars) have occurred, yet they won’t consider hiring security. Units are overpriced. The property management company also doesn’t seem to truly listen to residents’ concerns."
"This is not a good place to live for many reasons. My story is going to be kinda long even thought its been only about two months living here I have few things to say. Starting from the day I move in, as I was moving my furniture one of the neighboors got aggresive with me because she parked wrong on the street and wanted me to move my truck so she can move her car that initially was parked wrong behind my truck...street parking is a big issue. That was that, I finished moving that Sunday and at night I noticed that the Heater did not work and it was january it was freaking cold. Maintnance was not able to fix it until the Wednesday after...cool no biggie. Monday Morning we wake up carless, someone called the towing company on us and took our car and when we went to the office we found out that we were given the wrong carport so the original person whos carport belong with all their right called to have my car towed. Careless the office is asking for us to find a way to pick up our car at the yard and pay for it upfront and they would reimburse ASAP. Luckly we have some savings and called uber then took us to the yard in wich we paid 380. We come to the office give them the receipt and a few days later the manager calls me asking for a copy of the receipt bcuz they lost it. Anyway i get the reimbursment a month later no jk. I honestly wonder what would of happend if we didnt have any money to pay for our car to be released. I have to clarify here that i read the apartments bad reviews until after I singed the lease unfortunally and when i addressed my concern to the leasing agent she advised me that it was not as bad as the reviews describe, that people just tell their bad stories but never their good stories so I trusted her at that point. Like the 3rd night one of the fire alarms turns on in the middle of the night with uncontrolable beeping noise for over an hour with no reason at all so we had to brake it and now we know they will charge us for it when we leave. At my first week in the apartment i find roaches in the kitchen small ones for the most part but im at this point crying I wanted to leave. Very sad i was not even upset i was very sad about all these. Second week no hot water and no notice....My brand new pans all scratched from from the bottom because their new stoves are so cheap. I brought this concern up to the maint manager he said sorry but nothing he can do but he would let manager contact me and never heard from him. Apartments are in really bad shape for the amount of rent...i pay 2gs for a 1200sqft townhouse theyre very spacious but the quality of living is not worth it.....the dog smell inside the unit is bad every time i walk into my place i hate to know i have to smell dog...so ive spent money in stuff to kill that bad odor and also ive spent money to kill roaches. My husband and I have decided to just be inside the partment at all times and not not even bother with the office personnel nor the neighboors. We were not welcomed here in any way. Home should be a place you should love to be at since the cost of living is no jk. I just cant wait for my 12mos to be up so that i can leave this place and buy a place of my own. Office staff is rude and careless bcuz of course its not happening to them. Anyway i will keep posting my experiences as I continue to finish my lease in this ugly place."
"The rent posted on their own webpage is inaccurate. The male assistant manager from the leasing office quoted a rent and we were asked to return to finalize the lease with the female manager. In the meantime we submitted various documents along with a holding deposit. A week later, when we got there, she said the price he gave us was wrong and raised the rent on the spot - just like that! By then we already stopped our apartment search and had little alternative but to sign the lease. Later, we learned that they did exactly the same to other residents. The apartment building and the grounds are fine. We actually liked the outlay of our spacious unit. However, kids play soccer unsupervised until late at night. They kick the ball against the front door and windows on a daily basis. Since there are no door bells, we never knew if there was actually someone knocking or just the kids playing. It's very loud and even with all the windows closed you can barely watch TV or even talk on the phone. This is very inconvenient especially during the summer. There is a nice and spacious park just 2 blocks away, which is fully illuminated! Some tenants on assisted living drink hard liquor straight out of the bottle on shared space and misbehave. Management won't do anything. They only attach one of the countless notices on every door. On many weekend mornings, vendors scream to sell their home made foods, adding further to the noise. On the other hand, maintenance crew is doing a pretty good job and performs tasks in a timely manner. Renter’s insurance is required. You get 1 assigned carport per unit. Good luck when you have multiple cars. Lots of shops are conveniently close and freeways are easy to access. Even when you don’t give management permission to enter your apartment while being absent, they do it anyway. In a year they will enter your apartment about 4 times to do either a patio, AC, heating or other sort of inspection. It’s annoying. So, generally it's overpriced for the quality of living. By the time we moved out, about 5 neighbors left, too."
