"I am a resident, I have been trying to get a hold of the office, have looked for someone in person all week, have called both numbers listed, have emailed and cant get a response. I have a broken door and a broken window and cant get anyone to fix"

"The only thing is the trash bins in the back could be in a better location. The trash bins are right in the entry to come in or out of the entrance from the back car port and it’s a tight squeeze to get by them."

"Toured this place and really liked it. However, I have reached out every week for the past 4 months (I should give up). I have emailed, called the multiple numbers they have posted, and filled out multiple online contact forms. Only once have I reached a person and they were a 3rd party that did not have the info for this place. I only keep trying because the location is great for me. But, I recommend saving yourself the time and trouble."

"We get charged so much for trash and it looks like this!!! Unacceptable. Nothing gets done when we email the leasing office. The on sight manager does nothing about the dogs barking all night long or any of the messes made. There was a trail of trash sludge leading to the dumpster and it was not cleaned for weeks. Terrible place for a ridiculous price."

"where do I begin..laundry units don't work...yes there is a pool but it's green. Shower was broken after a month finally fixed but job not completed. Very expensive rent however I expected more."
