"Ugh so while inquiring on a rental this crazy unprofessional person named Shirley hung up the phone on me when I asked a question and I was trying to help a senior find a home who has income. She refused to even allow them apply. Based on that experience I could tell she’d be a horrible landlord and I feel bad for anyone who tries to rent. They obviously don’t care about discrimination against applicants and seem really unprofessional. I would never deal with this place they seem like a lawsuit waiting to happen! When I read the other review for them it all makes sense what I could tell"

"THE WORST PLACE IV EVER LIVED. FOR STARTERS. Me and my family have only live here for a 1 year and 3months. The landlord or should I say slumlord has raised our rent 4 times. We started off only paying 1560 We are now paying 1725. He has not fixed anything on the property the roof is as old as the building and so are the gutters they decide to tell you that the reason for the rent going up was for property value rising. I do believe that it is a scam he comes to your door to collect the money. If you're not home he will call your house or he'll call your cell phone multiple times very very very unprofessional and then his supervisor said if we don't like it we can move!!! well not everybody has you know 1725 to get a new place. I would advise nobody to rent from these guys they are scams they are scams they are scammers. They do not care about your well-being they will not fix anything when you need them to be fixed. There's no maintenance crew he will come in and say oh no that's fine. Doesn't need to be fixed. Even tho their nails sticking out of my patio for my daughter to accidentally hurt herself on the landlord or should I say again Slumlord will come into your house without your approval he has done it multiple times even after I've asked him not to do this. He still does. The plumbing pipes from the downstairs apartment is attaches to pur bathroom plumbing. He snaked the sink in the lower apartment and it came thru my bathroom sink trashing our bathroom with god knows what was in that drain. Then if you have drain problems don't call him. He will blame you and your family. This place needs to be inspected by the city for bugs as well as to see if this property is even to Fire and city code. He just put up smoke detectors 1 month ago. This is sad. My family struggles to get by as it is. And this just added to it more. This place is surrounded by all types of gangs, theirs police always within the block radios, not to mention the tweakers that loiter. Be wise and not make the same mistake we made. We could also use help in finding a new place soon. Hopefully much cleaner and mor professional."
