"What can I say? Clean, spacious, well-kept, quiet, and pet-friendly apartment at a unbelievably low rent, I really can't think of anything negative about this place! Secured private parking spot is the cherry on top. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The apartments are surprisingly quiet for being super close to the main street. Walking distance from grocery outlet and planet fitness. 10/10 recommend!"

"Posting anonymously because I still live here and don't want retaliation. A lot of fake reviews on here: "i dont even know this place 4 stars tho for the boys" and "I'm currently applying to live at this apartment" then giving it a five-star. Ridiculous. I've been here for several months, almost a year. They charge a lot of money to move into a place that was built in the 70's. And then there's the trivial issues: The kitchen/bathroom/closet drawers don't close, they don't issue key fobs (they could, John Michael has one) and if you have an emergency, that's when problems go from bad to worse: They outsourced it to somewhere in south america and it takes about 20 minutes just to get any information across (if you get someone whose accent you can understand). God help whoever has an emergency where minutes count. John Michael is rarely in his office and emails are seldom returned. But, the neighbors keep to themselves and it is pretty quiet at night. I can't be any more specific, for obvious reasons, but consider looking elsewhere."

"My husband and I have had nothing but an excellent experience living here! Alex and John Michael were as thrilled as we were gaining our first apartment, and were incredibly helpful through the application process. The grounds are beautifully kept, pool crystal clear, and neighbors are very respectful and it’s truly a peaceful place to live. Anytime anything happens maintenance wise, they have always had a same day order in to immediately assess and repair any issues. Anytime they may need to access the apartment for any repairs/upkeep, there is always at least a few days notice and time estimate. The apartments are very spacious and clean and were repainted prior to our arrival as well. I highly recommend anyone in search of apartments to come live here! The rent is reasonable for all the excellent service, and it is a beautiful place to call home we have! You will not be disappointed!!"
