"Beware that when you give a security deposit here I decide not to take the unit you don't get your money back for a month. Nobody told me that when I declined to take the apartment after giving them almost $300! 200 deposit plus 2 $40 payments to run the credit of which only one was run. This should tell you somethings wrong with the company who runs it which is Arnell, known for keeping your money! Look elsewhere this place is in a bad neighborhood and I don't like the deceit"
"Casey was very nice to me when I went to apply. The entire staff is very professional. I submitted my $200 deposit and $40 for my application. I did not qualify to move-in. I was told I was going to be refunded my deposit and today, a month after, I still have not received a call or my money. I went in person and no one as the office, I left a hand written note last week and still nothin. I hope someone in the office will reply and assist me with getting my money back. Thank you!"
"I am writing this review after being frustrated with the parking situation at this complex for months now. Everyone who parked inside the gate is required to register their car and have a pass. Last night, I realized I left the pass in a rental car that I returned earlier that day . I went upstairs to my place to call their security so they could tell the patrol and to get a piece of paper to write a note to explain this and leave it on my dash. When I came back, my car had already been towed. I was told six other cars had just been towed at that time (2:00 am).I had even seen the patrol car, asi was walking to go upstairs which I wanted to talk to, but it was not in any way marked to indicate that it was a security patrol vehicle. I realized the same car that had been driving around before I went upstairs, was now with the tow truck after my car was gone, They have very few guest parking spots throughout he complex (which I could have used this rare instance), with the understanding that it should normally be left available for non registered vehicle use. For months now I very rarely see any of the guest spots open, and one in particular near my apartment, always have the same car there, leading me to believe that it never even moves. Ultimately, if they had any sophistication, they would be able to look up if the car is registered as belonging to a tenet, who has forget to put their pass and they would be able to cross reference to the pass. At that point they could leave a friendly warning on the dash and maybe give them 24 hours to remedy it. That is the way the toll roads work and it wouldn’t take rocket science to do it here. Apart from my incident last night, it still leaves me frustrated that it’s virtually impossible to have a guest over because there’ll be no parking available for them. What’s the point having a home if you can’t invite guests?"
"I do not recommend this apartment complex or Arnel Management. If you have an issue or need repair, they will AVOID your calls. During the last 5 months living here I've experienced issues with: gas leak, rat infestation in common-area, issues with water heater, leak that keeps coming back in ceiling after extensive repairs. Repairs are half-done or sloppily done in the cheapest way possible. All appliances are the cheapest on market (Oven is "Magic Chef" brand). At night you are awakened by loud construction on Fairview due to the 405 Improvement project from the hours of 11:00p-5:00a almost every night of the work week. The windows and walls are very thin, to the point where you can hear neighbors whistling or coughing outside. Almost all of my neighbors have moved out and most units are vacant. Please consider this review before you sign a lease with Arnel Management."
