"Have been staying at Cameo apartments for a year now. My experience has been wonderful. The leasing office has always been very helpful and responsive when issues have come up. Alyssa is particularly amazing. From showing us around the place before our move to answering any questions during our stay, she has always gone above and beyond! The rest of the staff has also been quite helpful! And the amenities! The gym particularly has been a wonderful perk of the complex. Every time I show Cameo to friends and family, they're amazed at what we get for the price we pay. Meeting our neighbors puppies has also been a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend Cameo!"

"This community is awesome. All the staff are great and welcoming, and my husband and I especially love the community events. It’s been a nice way to connect with neighbors. We love getting to know other people in the building while using amenities or at one of the community gatherings. We aren’t from here and are still building friendships in the area. It’s been really nice. I wrote a review a year ago saying how much I love this community. But I need to reiterate how great living here has been. I lived in Cameo for 2.5 years and absolutely loved this complex. Charles, the maintenance manager was always quick to fix any issue we may have had in our apartment in such a timely manner. All of the staff is always very helpful and responsive to any problems we had. Though they were all small issues, they still came through on the day we submitted the maintenance request. They kept the community clean, safe and quiet. If there ever was a party happening, the windows are thick and you are able to easily block out noise. But I do love that the community is so inviting, when I had friends over, there were multiple spots to entertain. Thank you Charles and everyone on staff for making this such a special place to live for the last couple years! My husband and I love it."

"When I moved in 2021 the building was new and there were no state subsidized housing tenants/renters. Ever since that occurred during my tenancy, Cameo turned into Harlem Slums. I highly advise you look elsewhere. The people that work at Cameo are low class. Irvine Company is far superior and worth the money."
