"I moved here about 3 months ago (Dec 2020) and I LOVE living here. It’s nice and quiet, especially at night (even on weekends!). There’s a new manager, Andrew Takakawa and he is THE BEST. When we first met and he showed us a unit that would look similar to ours (our unit was not available to see yet), he pointed out every detail that would be the same or different and what he said was true. (I’m always worried about people exaggerating or getting ripped off, but my apartment looks just as he described it would!) He is so informative to any question you have. He always replies so quickly to my emails too. Any service requests you need, he makes sure it gets done ASAP. (I even asked to have the tree above us trimmed so spiders don’t get on our balcony, and they trimmed it 2 days later! Granted the tree trimmers were coming that day anyways, but boy did they do a good job trimming the trees above us!) You get 1 parking spot and you can purchase an additional spot for only $25/month! There’s laundry on site too. It can get a little busy on Sunday’s but not too bad, that’s expected. The people here seem nice too. Dogs and cats are allowed, but I hardly ever hear or see them. The unit I got was renovated with brand new stove, fridge, microwave, and floors. Not sure if they’re doing that with all new units, but they look so nice! I will definitely be staying here for a while! EDIT: I’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and I still love this place. I saw other peoples reviews saying there’s homeless people? I never see any inside our gate. There seems to always be a patrol car just driving back and forth at night to make sure nothing suspicious is happening! I’ve never had anyone break into my car or anything like that. Also I forgot to mention that there’s additional free parking inside the gate, first come first serve. Those spots are usually filled by about 7:30/8:00pm-ish? Not too bad. Anytime I’ve had to call for maintenance (our front door lock was getting stuck, another time I noticed our window mesh was kinda bent/broken) they fix it the SAME DAY or next day at the latest. The workers are so nice."
"Maintenance and management are responsive to your requests. Unfortunately, it isn't the best area and you risk having your stuff stolen from the car port storage ave garage."
"Nice clean apartment's very expensive for as old as this place is. No roaches."
