"I love living here, since 2013. The apartments have spacious and comfortable rooms."
"Ridiculous rent for crappy apartments. They'll do "smoke detector checks" but for some reason the office lady and maintenance need to come into every apartment. They'll post notices for you to declare who is residing in the apartment. We had 3 notices about burglaries. The water has been shut off 5 times for maintenance. This is all within a year and a half. Last thing, the heater doesn't work. For 1800+ a month save yourself the trouble."
"I moved into this dump and lasted only 30 days....literally. When I came here I was appreciative they accepted co signers since my credit wasn't up to par due to a recent divorce. -The management office has 1 employee who prefers to speak Spanish, which I don't mind since I too speak Spanish, but a professional establishment should have someone speaking English. -On my 4th night here there was a leak under the bathroom which got fixed but the wood did not, which in fact got wet and noticeably lifted. -The tennis court was always locked and not accessible so why have one. -Here is the real winner. On my 22nd night- May 22 here I came home to a hallway filled with a huge puddle of water, ceiling noticeably wet, wood beam bubbling from water under the paint, carpet in hallway closet wet and tiles wet. I called emergency maintenance and they send 2 guys with a wrench who say they have fixed the leak and will return under the direct order of management to fix anything else they approve. The next day, management called me and told me they will come on May 25 for repairs. As per my lease I requested in writing everything that needed to get done. Carpet, tiles, ceiling and wood beam. I come home early from work to a house filled of paint smell. ALL THEY DID WAS PAINT THE CEILING OVER THE YELLOWING ROTTING CEILING FROM THE LEAK. How sanitary is that? With these buildings having asbestos and potential for mold. They refused to fix anything else stating it wasn't necessary and everything would dry out. I was let out of my lease so I could go peacefully. I have consulted with an attorney and will be pursuing damages as well as contacted the city health department to report this unit and other units may be possibly infested with large quantities of mold. The management refused to have a licensed professional do a free mold inspection for my peace of mind. A FREE INSPECTION AND THEY REFUSED! My son is allergic to mold and has asthma. I refuse to put his health and mine at risk."
"Please avoid this place, it is a mess and extremely noisy. People here have no respect for their neighbors. People play music throughout all times of the day and management does nothing. There is at least 1 or 2 car break-ins per month in a GATED parking lot..... which says a lot about its residents. You will get no sleep and the deposit for this place is over $1,000."
