"My husband and I had an amazing time sailing with Craig! We did the 101 course and chose to do two, 6 hour days. We sailed all around the harbor and learned that it's sometimes not as windy or as interesting to sail in the open ocean. Craig was kind, encouraging, and an overall great and chill instructor! He was surprised we had read the 101 book already, because he was prepared to teach us as we sailed, he had laminated instruction pages (from the book) on the boat that we could reference too. He was so thoughtful on the second day by bringing our tests with clipboards onto the boat so we could just take the test there and not have to sail back early to take it in the office. My husband and I sailed the entire time, we learned how to do everything from set up to take down, and we can't wait to sail again! Especially heeling, that was such a blast! The days we sailed it was in the low 70s and sunny, we didn't get wet at all, we wore tennis shoes, sun proof and moisture wicking pants and long sleeve shirts, hat, and sunglasses. I'd recommend wearing a pair of gloves that fit your hand well, if you can find a cheap pair, but you're also fine without. It got a bit hot when we were sailing slow when there was no wind but in general it was perfect."

Our family has been members of sailtime for past seven months and we have already created memories that will last a lifetime. We saw over one hundred dolphins today swimming all around our boat. So cool!"

"Rick is awesome. Joined my dad on a day excursion while he gets sailing certified. Rick is a great teacher and we even saw hundreds of dolphins and swam to a private beach while sailing. So fun!"

"Sail Time has helped me rediscover the joy of sailing on the open water. My two teenage boys also came along and are now certified captains who can take out a 40 foot sailboat and go to Catalina... and maybe someday halfway around the world. Super friendly, very helpful office staff and boat upkeeping crew. The captain we had for the sail training was super chill. The boys and I had a fantastic time on our 104 class when we had a pod of Orca whales swim alongside our boat."

"Wow!! What a great experience. Boats were very new, clean and in great mechanical order. Captain Chris was very knowledgeable about the sea and travel in general. He had traveled around the world with his family and had great stories of his adventures to share with us all. He seemed to be very calm and nothing got him excited. We sailed 2 times with them and are planning our next trip this October. Clients I took loved the experience. We tied up and had dinner at a local restaurant near by on the water after a wonderful sunset cruise. Highly recommend."
