"This place has been by far the best apartment complex ever! They keep it extremely clean. The hallways, outside, trash cans, everywhere in the premises, very clean. Everyone is really nice. From Housekeepers, Maria was phenomenal with us, also in management, Chloe and Reggie always going above and beyond trying to help. It’s a very secure and safe place to live. Pet friendly too. They attend to your needs with promptness. I strongly 100% recommend Brookhurst Place."

"Lived here for a year and it was pretty decent! Lots of storage inside my apartment and all the appliances worked well. The outside shared areas are not always super clean, but that hasn't bothered me much since I only keep to my apartment, garage, and trash room. The location is close to good restaurants, grocery stores, and parks but I personally wouldn't walk around by myself. Parking is not bad unless you come back really late and have to park in the neighborhood street parking It was easy to get maintenance scheduled through the AppFolio app and they fixed problems quickly. Chloe helped throughout my stay and has been quick to respond and send follow ups."

"Nothing luxury in there, but it's clean and well maintained. Live there 3 years, the bathroom did not have enough water pressure and they never figured out how to fix it. Basically I wasn't able to use the bathroom in my master bedroom. Asked multiple times for the paint code so I can re paint some walls before I move out. They refuse to give it to me and they said they will take care of it, "that's what the deposit is for" they said. They complete the final inspection and they agreed on not to charge me for the paint because I was there for 3 years and the apartment was clean. Somehow they only returned 50% of my deposit. Bottom line, they will do everything they can to keep the deposit. Basically they lied to me!! Also there is too many homeless around the building, it doesn't feel secure to walk around. 1 Star because common areas are clean, although people take dogs out to the artificial grass. Lol still don't get it but is what it is. 2nd Star because it's safe inside the building great garage and safety personnel through the night."

"Recently moved into Brookhurst Place and I could not be happier with the experience. It's one of the most modern and attractive luxury apartment buildings in Garden Grove and the owners could not have picked a better time to make this type of an investment in the community. You'll find modern local restaurants, trendy old haunts, reliable quality chain restaurants, and two unique coffee shops just a short walk away. With major redevelopment projects slated to get underway on nearby Garden Grove Blvd., the neighborhood will soon be transformed into a thriving neighborhood. As for the apartment, modern finishes inside the units and great staff make for a smooth transition into the apartments. The club house is amazing, the pool is open year round and the pool area is great for just chilling. With all of these luxuries the fitness center's inviting atmosphere will help keep you fit. While this place is geared toward young professionals there are enough local attractions and activities to make Brookhurt place a great location and affordable place for young families. Costco and their gas station, Target, a dozen different smaller local grocery stores and if you want a more quiet evening the historic main street has a great mix of locally owned and modern eateries. Super convenient the Garden Grove Freeway this place has it all."
