"If I could give it a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. My experience living in this apartment can only be described as a living nightmare. The management's blatant disregard for the basic needs and comfort of their tenants is utterly appalling. Let's start with the ongoing issue of water leakage. Despite my numerous complaints to both the manager and the manager's assistant, it's as if they have taken a vow of ignorance. Whenever it rains, my room turns into a soaking wet mess. The carpet is constantly drenched, creating an unbearable stench that permeates every inch of the space. It's beyond disgusting, and it's mind-boggling that the management expects people to live in such deplorable conditions. I politely informed them about the water seeping into my room whenever it rained. They displayed a blatant disregard for the health and comfort of their tenants, seemingly content to let us suffer in an unlivable environment. Their negligence and apathy are inexcusable, and I implore anyone considering renting an apartment here to run in the opposite direction. The lack of professionalism and basic decency from the management of this apartment is unbelievable. I strongly advise against subjecting yourself to the torment and misery that I endured. Save yourself the trouble and find a place where the management actually cares about the well-being of their tenants."
