"In less than four years, they had four different property managers. Everytime they change property managers tenants get charged additional fees. Policies change and make it more inconvenient for tenants. Would not recommend renting an apartment there."

"Lived here for 3 years now. Been through 4 managers. Now, they built the ugliest structure, as a management building, in the pool, taking the only seating and shade for the entire pool. They lie. No real amenities besides gas stoves. No patio, no yard, no kids playing outside, and no BBQs. They send out a notice every holiday to remind you that grilling is not allowed. Only still here because it's cheap. Looking for new places. Just gets worse with every manager and they are charging more."
