"I lived here for a year with my husband, and by far the worst experience of renting NEVER AGAIN they are money hungry when it comes down to cleaning the apartment and giving the keys "Eddie" is the landlord there and is by far the WORST ! I MEAN WORST person to go to when needing anything for the apartment. One day accidentally my husband locked ourselves out of the apartment we were throwing away the trash and if it wasnt for her sweetheart friend from downstairs to call her Eddie to come open the door for us we would've been outside keep in mind I was 8 months pregnant with a slingshot and shorts it was 50° outside and she lied stating she didnt have an extra key set with her. That I would've had to call a lock Smith. Then she shows up with an attitude just because her friend called and said we were freezing outside. Like as a landlord you cant be unprofessional like that! Then one of the lights when out in the apartment of course wear and tear right ? But how come did that light only last less than 5 months? Because they only do Mickey mouse touch ups to the apartment when given to other tenants! By the way I cant describe how disgusting it is that between the walls you can hear the RATS SCRATCHING at night !!!!!! Its disgusting and annoying when you are trying to sleep ! We were in apt 13 the last one from upstairs and the MEXICANS next door the government apts they party sooo much on the weekends and have very loud music almost all the time it's annoying you cant even watch TV in peace! Last but not least when I was going to give up the apartment after a year ! Eddie failed to do an inspection with me being there after the fact that I signed the paper saying I wanted to do one days before ! She got the keys and said thank you that's it ? Like what ?!?? Where is the inspection again having your attitude like always you didnt have me sign anything stating I gave the keys to you or what am I getting a deduction for. She said if you professionally cleaned the carpet these TWO HOLES FROM THE FURNITURE wouldn't be here like WTF !?!?! yes I did pay and if I would've known you were going to tally my husband and I money I wouldn't never spent MORE MONEY TO CLEAN YOUR STUPID CARPET ! whomever goes to rent with this place please be careful I will file a report on this EDDIE IS THE PROBLEM WITH ALL OF THIS , the neighbors are really nice and helpful and think again before coming here oh yeah and be ready to pay an extra 100$ every year after you live there ! Like I said MONEY HUNGRY EDDIE!"
