"The BEST apartment and management I have encountered in all of SoCal. Lived here for 2+ years before purchasing a house. Grace is literally the sweetest and most proactive manager I have ever dealt with. All apartments are going to have things that need fixing over time; what matters is how the management handles these requests. Anytime we needed anything, Grace was just a quick text away. She would take care of it immediately and that made our life as tenants so easy and enjoyable. This complex is clean, well-maintained, peaceful and quiet. It is family friendly and the people who live here are respectful and neighborly. The laundry room, pool/spa, BBQs and gym are well-kept and we enjoyed using these amenities. The 1 bedroom apartment we had was really nice: central air, ample storage in the hallway cabinets and clean, modern appliances throughout. The neighborhood is walkable and nearby stores are just around the corner, which made shopping trips a breeze. It was emotional moving out because we had such a positive experience here at Monterra Springs. We would recommend this apartment complex again and again. Go check it out!"

"This property was so beautiful then what a disappointent when I went in to finalize my leasse the lease agent so incompetent lets me know my service companion is not accepted because of the breed .. I had been in to see her multiple times regarding the unit remodel ...the worse part is I was with my Uhaul outside ready to move in and im left homeless for 2 weeks due to this misunderstandings ... Per fair housing act this is against the law Beware to any future tenants ... what a nightmare"

"My girlfriend and I moved here about a month ago, and we’re loving it so far. It’s a very quiet and clean complex. Most of the stores you need and don’t even need are close-by. Grace (the administrator) is really friendly. We’re renting a one bedroom and I must say, it’s really spacious. We even have enough space to make a corner office in the living room and it’s not not clustered. The view from the room is lovely, so we decided to make the patio a nice place to sit and just relax by putting some artificial grass and a patio set. In as much as I love the property, I, however am not very much pleased with the parking permit cards; it’ll be nice to have a small sticker on the corner of your windshield, not the rather large paper permits we have hanging now. The gym too could be upgraded. And for those interested about the parking, there’s loads of street parking!"

"I have lived here for the past year and out of all the apartments I have stayed at in California. Monterra Springs has been the best. It is always clean and quite. There is a shopping center nearby. The staff is always at hand and there to help."

"During our 2 year tenure at this community, there have been 5 changes of management. Each change resulted in new difficulties. The community itself is very nice and everyone is extremely friendly. The location is extremely close to shopping centers, but expect yourself to be travelling at least 15 minutes to any freeway if needed. Our pets were welcomed, but incurred an additional deposit. There were no issues with aggressive pets during our stay. Overall: Very nice place, but be ready for management changes and long trips to the freeway."
