"It's been great living here and I want to especially recognize a few folks who have made a big impact: - Cindy, who was our leasing agent from the first day we visited, and is always so friendly and welcoming when we see her - Tony, who has gone above and beyond to make 88 feel like a home and solidified my trust in the management team - Alonso, who has helped with numerous maintenance requests. He is extremely prompt to come help (sometimes coming to help just an hour or two after I submit a request!), professional, knowledgeable, and prompt solving the problems themselves. Thank you 88 team!"

"My friend referred me to 88 Shea Apartments, and we feel so lucky to meet Cindy during our first visit here. She is very knowledgeable and professional at her job. I made several trips to her office afterwards, and she was always helpful to answer my questions. She showed me around several units with different floor plans and provided good tips and practical advice. Her customer service is very professional, and her knowledge of the whole complex building provided me a clear picture to make good decisions. Although she is busy, she always made sure that all my questions were addressed, and the paperwork was processed in a timely manner. "We moved from overseas and staff was very accommodating and courteous during the application process. As you know if you are in another country it is often difficult to find a place to live due to the logistics and time difference involved. But upon moving to 88 Alhambra Place we were pleased first with the amenities. Fresh coffee was available at the Cyber cafe, the Gym and pool were clean and well equipped, and parking was never a problem. Outside our apartment the trash room was kept clean, and the complex was quiet at night which is important to us. The apartment is near restaurants and the grocery store. Within the apartment we love the high ceilings, lots of outlets, spacious kitchen with an island and love the open floor plan which makes the apartment feel spacious. Several repair requests were submitted and they were tended to promptly. We are looking forward to enjoying the pool, Lanai, BBQ and Karaoke room next year in 2024! Cindy from management is very professional and detailed oriented in customer service as well as Alonso from maintenance was quick and efficient in answering multiple questions during one visit. I would highly recommend considering renting here if you are looking for a new home!"
