Seasons at Compton is an 84-unit affordable and supportive housing community located at 15810 South Frailey Avenue in Compton, California. This unique institution provides a combination of privacy and independence for developmentally disabled adults, while also offering group support from their senior neighbors, Linc staff, and professional on-site case managers. Residents benefit from a close-knit community that helps them maintain independence and fosters a sense of security and wellbeing.

The Compton Collaborative, consisting of asset managers, property managers, and service providers, meets regularly to address issues affecting Seasons at Compton residents. In 2013, the institution became the first senior multifamily housing community in Los Angeles County to complete Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training, ensuring that residents and staff are prepared for emergencies.

Seasons at Compton features Universal and Sustainable Design principles, including energy efficiency, natural light, ventilation, and a small carbon footprint.
