"I have been living in this place for three years now and I have never missed paying my rent. I am currently a tenant and Kimberly, who is in leasing, always replies to my emails promptly. Daniel, who is the head of security, is an exceptional worker and always goes above and beyond. The amenities such as the gym and pool are great. However, the manager (Angel) is terrible. He takes a long time to respond to emails and does not apologize for his weekly delays. They falsely claimed that I owed them $56k and sent it to collections. I have been trying to resolve this issue with them for over a month, but the manager takes forever to respond. They do not seem to care about their tenants as individuals but instead only care about taking their money."
"Maintenance and Service requests at Llewellyn Apartment. Recently, I had a vent leak and a washer that was not operating properly. Carlos is the supervisor who quickly identifies the issue and looks to resolve in a timely manner. Eddie is on the team as well and he is professional and timely. Carlos and Eddie worked together to uninstall, remove and replace the washer that had been inoperable. The replacement was important to us as we have a baby and for any parent's with a child knows the sheer volume of laundry that goes through on a daily/weekly basis. Upon completion of the work, Eddie was kind/professional enough to insist he clean the space he worked, but we did not mind cleaning it up on our own so that he could go on to serve other residents. Thank you again to both Carlos and Eddie for your outstanding service!"
"Love the amenities, occasionally some are out of service, usually the coffee machines but really love living here, neighbors are courteous and lovely. Warm pool, jacuzzi, work co-lab area and gym are my favorite amenities, good sound proofing for the walls, kitchen appliances are great, love the abundance of outlets on the walls. Kim is my favorite property manager, always answering my emails quickly, always doing her best with an amazing attitude, really enjoy my rental experience here."
"My partner and I have been living here for about a year and a half, and I wanted to take the time to sing my praises for the unsung heroes of maintenance. Carlos and Eddie are absolute angles. Anytime we have any maintenance issues they are quick to address them, and are always kind about scheduling around my work from home schedule. They have taken the time to trouble shoot issues that could of cost me quite a bit of money, but through their time and care they've helped me to avoid any costs. Thank you, Carlos & Eddie! You are the absolute best. Also, I'd like to share my appreciation for Daniel. He is so kind and always goes above and beyond for my partner and I.
