"The management is terrible here and the staff isnt all that helpful either. There is lack of communication or notices for anything. They do not allow any guest parking or if they do they pick and choose who gets it. The buildings are terrible and the pool is disgusting and opens and closes without notice. They are inconsistent with that and their gym. If youre choosing to live here or anywhere else, choose anywhere else."

"It’s okay, I just don’t like that they have no assigned parking. Management doesn’t understand that it affects your quality of life when you have to stay home sometimes due to the parking situation. If you come home late at night, good luck in finding a parking spot. I have avoided a lot of gatherings due to the fact that if I come home late I won’t have a space. I have even spent the night at friends houses due to the parking situation. Why do I have to Uber or have someone pick me up to go out if I have a car? Why am I not guaranteed a parking spot if I pay rent to live here? its ridiculous. I was told that they will be assigning parking when I moved in a couple of years ago, still nothing. Take that into consideration if moving here, No parking is available on the street either due to people dumping their vehicles there and only moving them on street cleaning days. I have spoken to a couple neighbors and it’s the same issue with them as well, they mentioned being fed up with bringing the issue up with management because it doesn’t get done."

"Do yourself a favor and don't live here. So many roaches, loud kids, people smoking, horrible management. The only positive thing is the pool and they give out free coffee and donuts on special holidays. Literally have been counting down the days till the lease expires. Edit 7/27/2021: I would also like to add that the structure of the building did NOT feel safe. Considering the tragedy that has recently occurred in Florida, I would feel awful if I didn’t say something about this building’s structure. Every time children ran around the top floor (they are super loud), our entire apartment would shake! When you’d walk, the ground also felt very weak. I hope its up to code, but the overall uneasiness I would feel is something I remember to this day. My nightmare was that the big one would hit while we were there because I know for a fact that the building would not stand a chance. If you are considering moving here because its a BIT cheaper than the surrounding area, I would definitely inquire about building inspections. Also, I would be lying if I told yall that I didn’t enjoy the location. It was near everything. The grocery store is within walking distance, nice food joints, ice cream shops, the 99¢, 7/11, the schools etc. But beyond that I cannot think of a positive. They also tore down the dog park they had so that’s a huge bummer. I also do miss the surrounding palm trees because during the summer, the amount of love birds singing made it bearable to live here. Anyways I hope this was helpful!!! I’ve seen that this has over 5,000 views so I thought I’d make it more useful without sounding too biased."

"Worst place ever, don't even rent here. Bad management. Poor customer service. Would rate this place a negative if they had one, manager don't care. Plus I don't live here, had an appointment to view on Saturday and manager was plain rude."

"I like this place been living here for a year now close to my job everything only downside is the kids running on every floor but other then that management like Anthony always tries to help. Can count on him. Wish the ac was a central so the whole apartment can get cold air tho. And better stairs since they need to be up to date"
