"My husband's truck got broken into 3 times in the matter of 2 years. Management did nothing about it nor did they care. Everything is old. They told us that the carpet was new when we moved in but it was old. This place is not worth the price."

"This is not a community for kids. They r not kid friendly. The management there is the worst. I don't recommend this place to anyone. You can't have guest overnight unless u have parking permit not even if u park in there spot. Your car will get towed. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. The only reason it has a star is it wont let me post if i don't. But in my book i give it o stars"

"It has been a great experience living in Disneyland Resort area in Anaheim. We have lived there for a year and we loved the location. The community is nice and quiet and very well maintained. The grounds are very well taken care of. The manager, Lori, is friendly, super helpful, very professional and welcoming. She played a great role in making a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for us. The maintenance staff is very efficient. Whenever, I complained about something broken/not working, it gets done the same day. The parking and security is not an issue. It's a safe and secure place with ample parking for residents. The best part is 'free' Disneyland's fireworks every evening. I will highly recommend this property."

"Unless you want to have stuff stolen out of your car constantly, you dont want to live here, I'm pretty sure almost every tenant has had something stolen from there car, I've heard many complaints and it happened to us 3x, good thing we didnt keep anything in our cars. The only thing management will say is that they'll take care of it but they never do anything! I seriously dont know why this has over 4 stars. Worst management! Lori is the worst, she will complain about every little thing if she doesn't like you. She always has a bad attitude. I was waiting for my husband in my car once I was by her apartment. And her husband saw me. Next day I got a letter on my door that I'm not suppose to leave my car in the fire lane. You literally cant do anything around, your kids cant even play outside without her complaining that theres too much noise when there isn't. Trust me you wont live comfortable. Plus it says luxury apartments. It's not even close to being luxury. Paint is cheap, the toilet was broken when we moved in, the drawers are hard to open and close because they're painted, and there was writing inside of them. The kitchen sink is cheap and cabinets are ugly. That's not how luxury apartments look like.. oh but if you see her kitchen( which is right by the street and her window is usually always open) hers is remodeled and nice. But all the other ones are plain as hell. IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD. We tried speaking to the supervisor and she gave us a fake number. We left plenty of voicemails and they never call back. They do not care about their tenants!! So glad we found a much better, actual luxury apartment."
