"I have loved living here for many years and the current manager is very kind I do have a question tho, are dogs aloud? If so how much does it cost to keep in the apartments , would be extremely thankful if someone told me as I’m considering adopting an adorable chihuahua but not sure if dogs are aloud and the price to keep them."

"I have lived here over a year and I don’t leave reviews unless it’s necessarily important. I must say living here has been a great experience. Estefany who is the leasing manger does a remarkable job making sure me and all the other tenants have everything we need. When I always put in a work order it is always done in a timely manner with the great maintnance guys on property. I don’t want to live anywhere else. I’m very glad I chosen a community like this to live and I look forward to the wonderful things this property has stored for me in the future!!!!!!! "I am very disappointed with this property. Upon moving in I was very happy to move here being we moved from San Diego it felt like home. I was soon to realize it wasn't after being tricked into getting a unit I didnt want because I requested a downstairs unit the previous manager(Jasmine)said she had kids so the noise didnt bother her (I have three kids and a dog) well I didnt know she was going to move out or what the issue was that we ended up getting a new manager(Norma). Well once we got her everything changed grant it she did fix the washers and dryers or so it looked like it. But we got our first noise complaint. Immediately we sat down with her because I stated we had a dog and three kids and we work weird hrs so we had a weird schedule she said just try to keep it down. I then asked if we could transfer to a downstairs unit because I know my kids and well my dog is happy to see us so what am I suppose to do scold them because they are kids and happy. She then said yes she would let us know when a downstairs unit was available. After a few calls and her telling me that I needed the deposit for the new unit plus the approval of her boss plus an inspection . When I had the deposit we were just waiting on her boss to then later I find out I cant move because we have only been there for 6months. After the incident with the stabbing of two tenants we got a new manager and she took the cake she never made her self known she never called me back when I had called the office to go in and re sign my lease because it was very convenient to my work. I had called left multiple voicemails and nothing so we decided to move once I put my 30 day notice she stated she would do a walk around of the apartment to see how much of our deposit they would keep. That already told me oh kiss your deposit goodbye which was $1000. Our appointment was on a tuesday between some hours and I waited and even called her twice to confirm she was coming in because I was missing work and one she never showed up and she didnt even have the decency to call and say hey I'm not gonna make it. What kind of customer service is that. So we moved out and they kept my deposit. The apartment had regular wear and tear but charging $454 for a paint job yea I'm upset and some other fees so they kept my deposit plus they are charging me an additional $545. So do I recommend this place not apartment 14 it's right on top of the manager and with the middle school right behind the bell will be going off all morning plus if the same manager is there her son and daughter or tenants smoke pot daily so the smell will go right in through the window. It really saddens me because I now have to drive to go to work where I use to just walk to work. I hope the manager changes her ways because that's no way to lead a place.the apartment its self wasn't tip top shape when we got it but it did the job. The common areas is actually really nice well taken care of but other than that that's it."
