"Hi there, I have been living in my apartment for several months now, and unfortunately, the property manager is not very patient when it comes to addressing tenants' issues. I have reported a roof leak in my apartment over 30 days ago, but nothing has been done yet. When I asked for a completion date, Rihanna, the manager, told me she did not have one and that I would have to deal with it until they can fix it. She tells me the delay is because of the property owner not giving approval. They have also not offered any incentives to make dealing with this issue more manageable. I would not recommend this property to my friends or family due to the lack of care displayed by the manager. On the other hand, Jen, the assistant manager, is the complete opposite of Rihanna. She is pleasant, easy to work with, and actively shows that she cares for the residents. Unfortunately, the service from everyone else is poor, and it does not reflect well on the Gray Star Company. Lastly, our car was broken into and they were not able to help with this matter due to something with cameras. We never found out who did it. Which was pretty much another issue on the property for us to figure out on our own. Best wishes, M. Jordan"

"Stayed there for over 5 years with my family. 0/5, TERRIBLE! The manager is horrible and the place has declined under her management. Most of the office staff are lazy, unprofessional and unreliable. They have done crooked things like double charging for things on multiple occasions. They had a new tenant accidentally turn off the gas and they charged us for it. They do not take care of the property. The pictures are from them letting trash pile for over a week and it got worse. They turn off the water regularly, at least once every week or so for hours, so you may not be able to shower/wash etc from 9-5 some days. They have a mildew problem due to them just painting over the mildew and bad ventilation. They don’t address noise complaints and sometimes they do not have security to call during quiet hours. If you live there currently my advice is to document everything! Take pictures/videos, keep notes of every interaction with management and the service requests. They lack accountability and Greystar does not respond so filling out court documents may be necessary in the future (take it from me). If you are looking into moving here, do not waste your time. Safety is another big issue. People constantly trespass on the property and there’s been multiple cases of theft."

"If I can give this place negative Stars I would! When we first moved in everything seemed okay however once they sold it to Greystar things went downhill I've been without AC since April maybe even before that now I'm at the point where I need my heater to work and it doesn't even work every other day there's no hot water they claim they're always fixing it but as of right now I'm gone 3 days with no hot water what else is terrible about this place.. how about everything the staff is not nice they don't care they don't fix things promptly they will clear your maintenance reports even though they are not fixed I'm honestly completely unhappy and I'm going through the process to see if I can get money off my rent and I'm currently looking for a new place to live I'm just tired of it I'm tired the staff on site I'm tired of how unprofessional everything is ran I'm tired of having basic necessities like hot water and AC that I pay for not being fixed don't move here! I apologize for my run-on sentences I'm doing talk to text because I'm busy boiling water so I can give my kids a hot bath."

"If I could give NO STARS I would. Been here for over 8 years. Had enough.The lead manager only smirks when there is a problem. The place smells of dog piss and dope. Some of the animals are large and dangerous. Homeless people enter at night. Very Scary. Also, will secretly hide charges and demand payment. No hot water most of the time. Management attitude is take it or leave it. Any response to this message will be only condescending. Charging a $200 cleaning fee even though they said the place was clean and no damage??????? They changed the damn floors after I moved and had to clean anyway. Your safety and health is at risk if you lease here"

"This is one of the nicest places I have ever moved to. They allow pets which is great, because our little dog Patches loves the dog park here at the complex. Reanna is a awesome manager whom is professional and makes her tenants feel important. Marlene and Gen are outstanding and always there to help. I am blessed to call myself a resident and tenant at Norwalk Metropointe."
