"From the moment we walked into the front office, Stephanie greeted us with such a genuine vibe and energy, we couldn't help but be intrigued. The aesthetics of the building were incredible. The tour was so informative and well thought out. Stephanie was so friendly, never fumbled once, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely excited about the property. She didn't just send us off on our own with a key fob to see "an apartment" for show. She took us to see many different floor plans and wanted our needs to be met."

"I don’t recommend this apartments complex, front desk people are very rude and unprofessional, my brother went to pay his rent and the front desk lady wouldn’t accept his rent payment because they said he didn’t paid an allocated charge “Trash” they are charging him 4 months when they never gave him a bill for the trash they only told him verbally today so he didn’t made the check with rent and the trash fee included, he didn’t refuse to pay but he asked for a written paper saying why you are refusing to take my rent that I’m paying on time “ I was thinking on renting here but after this Nevermind by the way is very small and expensive 1 bed apartment $2500"

"Terrible experience with management Stephanie tirado was super rude unprofessional and disrespectful She’s Refusing to take rent full payment and when talking to her to make things work out from a billing mistake made by management company she started being rude While reading the agreement on the lobby stephanie called a man who claimed to be security on plain clothes nice guy btw when talking to security Stephanie interrupted and told him not to talk to us and kept being super rude then she started talking Spanish so the security wouldn’t understand what she was saying I told her to please speak English so security could understand what she was saying Anyways she refused to take a check for thousands of dollars and refused to give written notice on why she made that decision I would definitely think about hiring a different property manager or somewhere else to live"
