"It’s pretty mid, a few things for improvement, Blinds are Cheap, people don’t clean up after themselves, trash taking out weekly can become an issue, there is no podcast room/ room for video recording as stated on the website. Plus few minors issues with heat, water. And it’s HELLA cold. However, nice area to walk around, pretty quiet, nice placement to explore “Downtown Bellflower”. Nice sized workout room + entertainment area for kickbacks/small parties."

"Def made me want to put myself on the waiting list. Francine has a spirit that makes you come back to ask for more information. The layout and the thoughtfulness of the property was highlighted in our walk through and it made me actually excited to move in such a tedious and stressful time."

"Been here for over a month and we can say enough great things about Edgeway, the management team is amazing and quick to respond to any inquiries we have, and the amenities are great and bring such a great ambience to the complex, the surrounding areas is lovely and full of parks, churches, restaurant’s and much more we have yet to explore!
